Cancellation fees:

• For airport pickups, we include a 60-minute waiting time at no extra charge (extended wait time fees may apply)
• For train stations, we include a 30-minute waiting time
For other locations:
• If you need to change your pickup time, you can modify your booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled time
• Late changes or no-shows may incur fees as per our cancellation policy
• Check your email: You should receive a booking confirmation email with all the details
• Use the booking code: The confirmation email includes a unique booking code (e.g., ABC12345)
• Create an account: If you don't have a Baku account, create one using the email address where you received the confirmation
• Link the booking: Once logged in, the booking should appear in 'My Bookings' if it was booked with your email
